Donation Request Form

 

At Bias Brewing we believe in community through craft brewing!  Please fill out the form below to be considered for a donation. 

 

• Please submit your request a minimum of 30 days prior to the date you would need the donation.
• We have a quarterly budget set aside for non-profit support so please plan accordingly to meet our scheduling needs and yours.  We encourage you to request early to ensure our quarterly budget isn't already maxed out.
• You must be a 501(c)3 organization. 
• Organizations aligned with supporting our community will be at the top of our list.
• We will email all applicants to let them know if they have been accepted or declined. Please do not call to inquire. We appreciate your patience.  
• Incomplete applications will not be considered.
