Introducing the Hopscotch Winter IPA to our lineup. This beer style is a truly one-of-a-kind Bias original. It started as a classic West Coast IPA but to mix things up Adam threw in some amber malts which created a more rounded body and a smoky, slightly toasty flavor at the front. This malt-forward, medium-bodied, IPA features notes of scotch and a slightly hoppy finish. The roasty malt character combined with the citrus and bitter notes from the hops create a complex yet well-balanced IPA perfect for winter. This is Adam’s latest attempt to give Gabe more grey hairs. It was a gamble that we think paid off quite nicely. Cheers to new beer!
