ABOUT Boss POG:
Adam was channeling summer when he brewed this tropical kettle sour featuring fresh guava, peach and passion fruit. Like our other sours, Boss POG starts as a light ale and then is kettle-soured using lactobacillus (a common yogurt culture) which gives it that classic tangy profile. This fruity sour is particularly tart and will make you pucker for sure. Something this tropical needed to be named after the island staple, Hawaiian POG juice. Also, we’re really good at Dad jokes.
